Appointments On Demand
Appointments On Demand is an appointment setting service for vertical markets conceived and run by Strike Force Sales, an industry leading B2B telemarketing service. The website manages customer orders and payment through Paypal in the front end, generates lists of appointments and manages order fulfilment in the backend.
Using Joomla as an application framework, blacklight custom developed this sophisticated web application that handles online ordering and payment with Paypal API, provides automated customer feedback including estimating delivery times for appointments based on current work rates, has a backend dashboard hilighting the most urgent customer orders, and enables customer notification and order fulfilment.
